Clean & Safe Stay Procedures
✔️We are strengthening the cleaning and disinfecting protocols. All our housekeeping and maintenance staff are very familiar with the new procedures.
✔️We reinforce the cleaning and disinfecting of apartments and common areas in buildings, especially frequently touched surfaces, with high-grade professional products.
✔️At the entrance of the buildings we manage, you will find hand disinfectant. All guests are kindly asked to use the hand spray upon entering the building.
✔️Housekeeping staff will use personal protective equipments such as masks and gloves at all times, and implement strong hygienic actions such as washing and disinfecting their hands before and after cleaning each apartment.
✔️All our staff has taken COVID-19 and hygiene related course, and are strictly following the guidelines.
✔️Most guests will check in through our existing smart lock app, to keep social distance.

Most of Olala Homes’ guests can check in by themselves, opening the door with a click on their phones, thanks to our smart lock app. This, however, does not mean you are left alone. Whenever you need us, our virtual guest care agents are available to assist you any time.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Please contact our guest care center, so we can help you adjust your travel plans. Several options include changing the reservation to another guest, or get the full credits for a future stay.
What should I do if I have symptoms before my stay?
If you already have symptoms of Coronavirus (COVID-19), please stay home. Your health and the health of others is the most important. Don’t worry about your reservation, simply contact us as soon as possible and we will take care of it.
What would you do if I need urgent help regarding maintenance?
We only enter your apartment before and after the stay, in order to reduce physical contact. However, under urgent circumstances where essential amenities need to be taken care of, we would arrange a time with you, and go in to repair the amenities when you are not there. Our staff will wear masks and gloves throughout their presence, and use disinfectant materials to clean the surfaces they touch afterwards.
